Macmillan, 1904, 8vo, 2 volumes, presented to Philip Webb by Macmillan on behalf of Lady Burne-Jones, later presented to Catterson-Smith (inscribed "To R. Catterson-Smith | in memory of Philp Webb | from his executor. 1915")—iv) [Cockerell, Sydney C.]. The Gorleston Psalter.
