8vo (233 x 140mm.), FIRST EDITION, FIRST ISSUE, Todd's edition A (the twelve lines contain eleven errata, p.199 line 13 has "afford"), D8 and U4 cancels (U4 with p.296 incorrectly numbered 226), with the errata leaf bound at the beginning, uncut as issued, original boards, modern folding box, with "afford" corrected in pencil to "affording" in a later hand, U4 torn at gutter, slight spotting to title and elsewhere, rebacked
