Catalogue Note

Gill has added a pencil note on the front free endpaper "Eric Gill from D.P. Feb. 1919 | Ditchling Common, Sx." and has lettered his engravings with letters (while marking those by Beedham with initials). Gill has also made a number of annotations and corrections in addition to a small pencil drawing.
