[Dent] / New York: E.P. Dutton, 1909, second edition, one of 1500 copies of which this is one of 500 copies for America, photogravure frontispiece and other illustrations by Beardsley, original green cloth gilt, [Lasner 22B], hinges splitting; both 4to, top edges gilt, some spotting and browning, bookplates
