Condition

This work is in good condition overall. The canvas is unlined. There is extensive fine craquelure scattered throughout, particularly in the black pigment. There a some associated minor pigment loss associated with the craquelure, particularly at the turning edges. Under Ultraviolet light inspection it is difficult to read through the black pigment, but there does not appear to be evidence of inpainting. Framed.
