Condition

This work is in good condition overall. There is noticeable wear to the metal frame resulting in some losses, which are visible in the catalogue illustration. The protruding metal elements move freely and smoothly. There are scattered spots of oxidation, accretions and surface abrasions on the metal elements. The Plexiglas cover which encases the interior elements also shows signs of wear particularly along the bottom where the rotating elements seem to hit the surface, and there are scattered surface abrasions visible throughout. The yellow element exhibits scattered craquelure, and there are some accretions and wear to the black and yellow elements. The white element has discolored slightly, and there is glue residue visible where the text elements have been affixed. There are visible spots of wear along the edges of the interior brown element along the inside edges of the Plexiglas box.
