This work is in good condition overall. There is evidence of light wear and handling along the edges of the sheet, particularly at the corners which show signs of rubbing and exhibit some loss. There are light scattered surface abrasions throughout, most notably a 1.5-inch vertical abrasion at the lower right corner, three vertical 1 to 2-inch vertical abrasions at the upper right corner, a 1.5-inch vertical abrasion at the top center and a partial tear at the top center which has lifted slightly. There is a vertical crease to the brown paper in the left store-front element, presumably from the time of execution, and the overall creasing to the central and right store front elements also appears to be intended. There is evidence of foxing to the wrinkled brown paper in the central and right store front elements. There are light graphite smudges and various media accretions from the time of execution and there is a pinpoint area of paint loss in the beige-colored center of the storefront element.
