Condition

This work is in good condition overall. There is evidence of light wear and handling along the edges. There are scattered media accretions throughout and several unobtrusive surface abrasions in the red and green elements. The surface tonality is somewhat uneven, particularly in the red and green painted areas, which appears to be a result of the artist's layering and pouring technique. There is some light surface soiling. There is some stable craquelure in the lower light blue painted area which has led to one small area of paint loss. Under Ultraviolet light inspection, there is no evidence of restoration. Framed.
