The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the background tends more towards turquoise in the original.
Condition:
This work is in good condition. There is a pinhole towards the centre of the upper edge which is likely to be original. Close inspection reveals a few unobtrusive hairline cracks, depressed impasto peaks and light surface dirt in places. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
