Condition
Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the blue border along the edges of the board is much brighter in the original.
Condition:
This work is in good condition. There is evidence of wear and handling along the edges of both the panel and the board. Close inspection reveals some minute and unobtrusive fly spots isolated in places on the white pigment. There is stable craquelure throughout. Inspection under ultraviolet light reveals some spots of fluorescence isolated to the white areas which do not appear to be retouching.
