The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality is slightly lighter, and the sky tends more towards a soft blue in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. There is a small number of extremely light handling marks intermittently along the edges. Very close inspection in raking light reveals a few extremely thin and unobtrusive hairline cracks in a few isolated places along the vertical edges, as well as some very faint rubmarks along the lower edge. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
