Colour:
The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate although the overall tonality is brighter and more vibrant in the original. The paler areas are mint green and the catalogue illustration also fails to illustrate the darker green brushstrokes in the original.
Condition:
This work is in very good condition. The canvas is framed. Extremely close inspection reveals evidence of very faint wear to the left edge towards the upper left corner and to the bottom edge, approximately 20cm. from the right corner. No restoration is apparent under ultraviolet light.
