Condition

Colour: The colours in the catalogue illustration are fairly accurate, although the overall tonality contains fewer magenta undertones and the background tends more towards a true white in the original. Condition: This work is in good condition. Close inspection reveals some pinhead-sized fly spots scattered in a few places and a small number of media accretions and unobtrusive rubmarks isolated towards the edges. Further close inspection reveals a faint stretcher bar impression along the upper edge. No restoration is apparent when examined under ultraviolet light.
