Condition

The canvas is not lined. Examination under UV light reveals a spot of retouching to the centre of the lower edge. However, there is a milky varnish preventing the UV light from fully penetrating. There is some frame rubbing along the edges. There is a stable paint shrinkage towards the centre right of the composition. There is a slight paint loss towards the centre of the left edge. Otherwise this work is in overall good condition.
