- porcelain and metal
the cylindrical body painted with precious objects including archaistic censers, vases, flowers and scrolls, all below lotus lappets suspending tassels, the waisted neck and stepped foot with bands of florets, set with a loop handle to the side, the similarly decorated domed cover mounted with a metal hinge and finial
Condition
The porcelain body under the mounts has not been inspected: The finial has been replaced with metal. The tip of the handle was broken and restuck with areas of overpainting and restoration. There are general enamel flakes and wear, shallow foot chips and minor glaze firing imperfections.
