Signs of paper tear along the fold lines of the fan, especially along the bottom border of the calligraphy leaf; Minor signs of paper loss; Minor signs of stains at the upper right section of the calligraphy leaf, which can all be improved by restoration. Otherwise, generally in fair to good condition.
