each with deep rounded sides rising from a straight foot to a wide rim, brightly decorated with two iron-red five-clawed dragons striding among multi-coloured clouds in pursuit of a gold 'flaming pearl' against a white ground, between a border of multi-coloured key-fret at the rim and green crested waves around the foot, the base inscribed in underglaze blue with a six-character reign mark

There are some expected minor faults in the glaze on the interior, including firing specks and pinholes, the gilding on the rim is somewhat rubbed, but otherwise the two bowls are in overall good condition.
