There are 9 bowls in total in this lot (one bowl is missing from the fitted wood box). Bowl 9, few minute pinholes and 2 associate fine firing body lines, one of 0.3 and another 0.2 cm, to the bottom. Bowl 5, 2 short fine firing lines to exterior above the dark blue bat, one of 0.4, another of 0.15 cm. Bowl 6, a hairline crack of 3.8 cm from rim, as well as a few pinholes to bottom of interior. Bowl 8, a few pinholes to bottom of both interior and exterior. Bowl 4, a faint and fine body line of 3 cm between lime green and pink bats, visible only on the outside. A shorter one of 1 cm at the bottom near the foot ring. Bowl 2, a firing glaze gap of 0.25 cm to bottom of interior. Few fine pinholes to bottom. And very faint and fine body lines, one of 0.3 cm, another 0.15 cm between blue and lime green bats Bowl 3 a firing glaze gap of 0.2 cm to bottom of interior and a few pinholes. More generally there are a few expected pinholes or minute specks in the glaze, minor impurities to the enamels, or occasional kiln stains to the footrim but overall the group has been remarkably well preserved. The actual colour is less yellow compared to the catalogue illustration.
