comprising a white jade bean pod, naturalistically carved in openwork with an attendant bean and curling tendrils; a black and white jade 'three rams' group pendant, each carved recumbent grasping a spray of lingzhi; and a celadon, russet and black jade archaistic ornament, carved with a chilong and the four characters fugui tongchun ('May your fortune flourish as spring')

Condition

The bean pod is in good condition with some minor nibbling along the edge. There are some minor nicks to the edges of the three rams group. The jade ornament has some surface wear consistent with age, but is otherwise in good condition. The actual colours are warmer, more pale celadon and less yellow compared to the catalogue illustration.
