the translucent brown and white stone carved on one side with a large black dragonfly perched on a cluster of lingzhi, above two characters reading ling and xin picked out in the dark layer of the stone, the reverse with three hovering bats, set with a gold ring for suspension
Condition
The pendant is in good overall condition. There is a minute chip to the side of one of the bats' face on the reverse side, with the edge polished. There are a few expected natural flaws in the stone. The actual colour is less yellow and somewhat deeper compared to the catalogue illustration.
