Condition
The elephant is in good overall good condition. There is a small area of restoration to the everted mouthrim measuring approx. 0.6 cm. long. There are minute enamel flakes, especially to the lower edge of the saddle carpet. There are firing cracks above one of the ears and to the shoulder of the elephant measuring approx. 0.5 cm. and 1.5 cm. long respectively. There is an aperture to each inner leg. The actual colours are warmer and brighter than showing on the illustration in the catalogue.
