each painted around the exterior with sprays of leafy yellow chrysanthemum reserved on a ruby-red ground, the interior and the base left white, the latter inscribed with an apocryphal four-character blue-enamelled seal mark of Yongzheng
Condition
Both dishes are in overall good condition. Both dishes are slightly warped. There is a short hairline crack (approx. 1 cm) to the rim of one. There are a few light scratches to the surface glaze. The actual colours are somewhat brighter compared to the catalogue illustration.
