depicting a bat with outstretched wings perched on fruiting and flowering branch of peach, further wrapping a larger fruit beside, possibly a pomegranate, the bat carefully differentiated within a russet section of the stone, wood stand
Condition
The group carving is in good condition. There is some light nibbling to the edge of the flower blossom on one side. The actual colour is more light celadon, less yellow compared to the catalogue illustration.
