Description
- Porcelain
with deep rounded sides rising to an everted rim, finely painted around the sides with four phoenix medallions and another on the interior, all reserved on a pale celadon ground thinning to white at the rim, the base left white and inscribed with a six-character seal mark

Sotheby's Hong Kong, 30th November 1980, lot 1013.
Condition
The bowl is in good overall condition. There are some light scratches and minor rubbing to the iron-red enamel to the interior, as well as minute iron spots on the rim.
