the vase of globular form set on a splayed foot, rising up to a long, slightly flared, tubular neck, the glass of bright translucent turquoise colour with a few paler strains and occasional bubbles, the recessed base inscribed with a four-character apocryphal Qianlong mark; the bowl with a short straight foot and everted rim, the opaque glass of warm rose-pink colour
Condition
The turquoise vase: There are a few minute nicks along the edge of the interior mouth rim and expected light wear to the unserside of the footrim but overall the vase is in very good condition. There are a few trapped bubbles, minor specks or occasional paler strains in the turquoise body.
The bowl: There are some light surface scratches or occasional pitting but overall the bowl is in good condition,
The actual colours are quite consistent with the catalogue illustration.
