finely carved in the form of a reclining boy holding in his arms a puppy merrily licking his right cheek and ear, the boy with a plum face set with a gentle smile, his hairs tied up in two chignons, wearing loose pants and a flowing robe buttoned on the underside, the celadon-white stone with faint russet veins

The carving is in good condition. The subject matter is well rendered and the polish very smooth.
