carved with a slightly flared body rising to an irregular mouthrim with an undulating profile, the exterior with gnarled pine and prunus branches issuing buds and blossoms, the base fitting with a circular panel, the wood with a dark brown patina
Condition
The brushpot is in good overall condition. There are minor bruises and small shallow flakes at the foot and at the lower body (largest 1.5cm). Age cracks and minute chips to the rim.
