  • huanghuali, marble
the rectangular top constructed from a marble panel framed by mitered huanghuali panels, supported on a constricted waist and swelling to a rounded apon with a beaded edge, all above four square-sectioned incurved legs secured to a stretcher of conforming shape

Condition

There is a 17 cm crack to one corner of the marble tabletop as visible in the catalogue illustration. The huanghuali frame around the top and some sections of the rail stretcher have somewhat faded due to the exposure to light. One of the corner feet under the bottom stretcher is missing, as well as a section of another corner foot. There are some expected age wear and light pitting in areas on the surface.
