Condition
Original canvas. Undulates slightly, small chip of paint loss near lower left corner; otherwise the work appears in good overall condition, clean and ready to hang.
Ultraviolet light reveals some isolated areas of retouching located mainly near upper and left edges, and a spot near centre of right edge. Signature flares slightly, likely due to thick impasto used.
Held in a gilt wood frame.
