Facsimile of Gauguin's autograph manuscript with collotype reproductions of the artist's watercolours, pen-and-ink drawings, woodcuts and photographs, art binding signed by Creuzevault of brown calf, covers with Oceaniac motif i relief design of beige calf, brown suede doublures, with original published wrappers, chemise and slipcase. Lacks title and justification, else fine.

One of the 320 copies of an edition of 400, this copy beautifully bound. Considered the best of the many facsimile editions of Noa-Noa, the Piper edition is the only one who made from the original manuscript (now at Le Louvre).
