4to (10 7/8 x 8 1/4 in; 277 x 210 mm), signed by the publisher, 6 original etchings by Giacometti, including the portrait of the poet as frontispiece.  Art binding signed  P.L. Martin and dated 1968 of dark brown calf, embossed design to covers,  brown and beige stripes to edges, suede doublures,with original wrappers, chemise and slipcase. Pristine.
