Quinn as 2nd Lieutenant in the 4th Regiment of Infantry. — Andrew Johnson. Engraved document with manuscript accomplishment on vellum signed (“Andrew Johnson”), 18 ½ x 15 in.; 470 x 380 mm, Washington DC, 10 September 1866, also signed by Edwin M.
