the knife, with faceted blade set into a bow-shaped wood handle with copper rivets, together with a sheath, composed of buffalo hide, thread sewn in translucent red and dark blue, and opaque white and light blue glass beads, with stepped hourglass designs, and trimmed with a row of brass beads; remains of red pigment on knife handle.
