Rare Northern Plains Wood and Steel Dag Knife

with a paddle-style wood handle, decorated with triangular and circular metal inlay, the notched forged steel blade, probably from a war lance, pierced with a batwing design surmounted by a stylized dag knife effigy.

Very good overal condition with typical wear for its age and from use. There is a minor hairline split in the handle that is stable.
