containing numerous drawers inset with tortoiseshell and simulated marble, with gilt metal handles in the form of female busts, Ionic columns and putti enclosed by a pair doors inlaid with ebony and ivory Arabesques

Condition

In country house condition. Signs of active wood-worm to the top which will need to be treated before collection. Losses to veneers, mouldings and gilt elements. warping, shrinkage and age cracks. Later stand. Old marks and scratches commensurate with age.
