Persian manuscript on paper, 140 leaves plus 4 flyleaves, 15 lines to the page, written in nasta'liq script in black ink, catchwords, headings in red, collector's label to end doublure, later brown leather binding, inventory labels '36' and '776' on spine; Coptic manuscript on paper, 6 loose leaves, 26 lines or fewer to the page, written in Arabic and Coptic in red and black ink, inventory number 'OM5' written in pencil on one page

Condition

In good overall condition, the Persian manuscript with a few very minor stains, otherwise clean, as viewed.
