Arabic manuscript on paper, 12 and 13 lines to the page, written in muhaqqaq script in black ink, the first and last in larger script outlined in gold, illuminated surah heading in white Kufic script against a gold ground decorated with flowers and latticework panels, with tear-drop motif extending into the margin, verses separated by segmented gold florets pointed in blue and red
