text: surah al-aa'raf (VII) verses 35-41, 43-60, 67-82
Arabic manuscript on vellum, 20 leaves, 5 lines per page in neat Maghribi script in brown ink, vowels and diacritics in red, blue and green, verses marked by a triumvirate of three illuminated discs decorated with red and blue dots and scallop-shaped device, 'ashr indicated by an illuminated roundel in the margins inscribed in Kufic, leaves loose in a fitted cloth-covered box
