  • gold, enamel, mother of pearl
  • 7.5cm., 3in. wide
oval with extended hinge, the lid spandrels chased and enamelled with trailing flowers on a textured ground, the lid inset with a later mother of pearl panel applied with a fantastical chinoiserie vase of matching enamelled flowers, apparently unmarked

Condition

Excellent condition but one flower at 3 o'clock chipped.
