- walnut pine beech
with a needlework covered back and drop-in seat, with shepherd's crook arms, on carved cabriole supports with claw and ball feet

Condition
Overall an attractive chair in good condition. The needlework is in generally good condition, with some repairs to the needlework on the front of the seat rail and top edge, and there is a strip across the back of the seat that is later. There are some minor chips to the venees on the front rail. Both front legs have old worm, particularly the right hand leg which has some more apparent damage. The left hand leg is water stained. Both back legs have been spliced.
