the body and foot enamelled with mythological and allegorical medallions within scrollwork, the finial in the form of a 16th century court gentleman holding a glass, the mounts applied with colourful enamelled scrollwork, flowers and grotesque figures in relief
Condition
Please note that this pair of flasks is struck with the maker's mark of Hermann Böhm. Excellent condition generally with no restoration apart from one with painted section above spreading base where there are 2 small damaged panels. Some losses of enamel highlights on enamel mounts and losses of translucent enamel to figures on stoppers.
