Description

  • PORCELAIN
  • 12.6cm., 5in. high
of globular form with a ribbed handle, painted in a famille-verte palette on each side with the 'Chinese Drum Major' pattern, depicting a Chinaman standing in a landscape holding a mace, flanked by a potted plant and leafy branches, the design repeated on the cover but with a garden seat replacing the figure, three chips.
