Description

  • Porcelain
  • 11.5cm., 4 1/2 in. high
of globular form enamelled with small European flower sprays and affixed with a bird's head spout and double scroll handle picked out in black, crack, some chips and restoration.

Condition

There are four chips to the rim of the cover. The base of the teapot has been restored with rivets which have since been removed and filled. The upper section of the bird head spout tip is missing. There is a body crack to the teapot located above the upper terminal of the handle.
