Condition
Very elegant and well proportioned sofa, possibly the only known example of the model. Some wear to the varnish to the base of the right front leg (facing) and to the left side. A few minor dents and scratches to the upper side of the back. Od marks and scratches to the wood overall. The back with some losses to the mahogany probably due to water or humidity. The fabric is torn on the right side of the back with some humidity stains to the bottom. Gilt bronze mounts slightly worn and dirty and one is missing it fitting. Piece is sold without a loose cushion which it probably had originally. The sofa would benefit from judicious restoration and re-upholstery.
