s'appuyant sur un tronc d'arbre, le jeune berger Acis joue de la flute, un tissu drapé autour de ses hanches; il forme paire avec le Poème lyrique, une jeune nymphe coiffée d'une couronne de lauriers. Vêtue à l'antique d'un tissu drapé sur son épaule et enveloppant son corps, elle pose le pied droit sur un rocher tout en jouant de la harpe

Condition

Very good overall condition with general wear to the patina consistent with age and handling. The Poeme lyrique's right side of her face has a minor damage and the shell on the top of her lyre is slightly misshaped. There is a plug in the middle of the drapery on the fornt and a casting flaw in the left hip. Acis: overall wear to the patina consistent with age and handling, with various surface scratches notably on his back. White remains of paint on the back. Good condition overall.
