Condition

The figure is in overall very good condition. It is missing its base. It is heavily cast with some overall wear to the gilding and traces of red pigment to the recessed areas of the casting around the heads. It is well cast with many details. The tip of a vajra held in one of the hands is missing. The colour of the metal is of a slightly more muted brownish tone than the catalogue illustration suggests.
