formé de quatre dragons sinueux encadrant un cartouche central rectangulaire portant l’inscription à sept caractères « Longue vie à l’Empereur »

Acquired in China in the early 20th century.
Thence in the family by descent.

Condition

The top part is almost detached and loose, there are some flakes to the lacquer overall but mostly around the base, there is an age crack all around the dragon face to the top, some wear to the blue ground in the middle but overall the stele is in good condition and highly decorative.
