Oblong folio (350 x 465mm.), 58 albumen prints by Samuel Bourne, and Shepherd & Robertson (average 230 x 295mm., or the reverse), individually mounted on thick card, recto only, each neatly captioned in ink on the mount, contemporary red calf gilt, upper cover titled and dated in gilt, gilt edges, brass lock and catch, spotting to first mount and image, occasional spotting or slight fading (but overall good images), splitting at joints
