the light-green jade hilt in two parts, carved with a pattern of overlapping leaves set with four colourful stones, the gently curving steel blade with a flat edge and carved foliate scrolls at the forte and in centre, gold-damascened details, velvet-covered wooden scabbard

Condition

In fairly good condition, the jade hilt composed of two blocks of jade joined in the middle, some encrustation around jade on hilt, one small colourful stone missing from setting, the blade with areas of oxidisation, rubbing to gold-damascene areas resulting in some losses, as viewed.
