Condition
The colours are fairly accurate in the catalogue illustration although the overall tonality is less contrasted.
The work is executed on its original canvas and is not relined.
On the right panel: An indent with a paint loss has been carefully restored - located 27 cm from the lower edge and 60 cm from the right edge. A superficial wear at the extremity of the lower left corner is visible under close inspection.
On the left panel: A pinhead sized hole located 67 cm from the lower edge and 65 cm from the left edge is only visible under very close inspection.
This work is in excellent condition.
